When you choose Happy Days Visitation, you’re choosing an agency that places the safety and well-being of every participant above all else.
Our Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation (PPSVs) have each completed the Judicial Council of California’s Standard 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5 mandated training. They are happy to provide their certificates of completion within 24 hours of request. Every PPSV on our team is TrustLine Registered and AHA CPR Certified, ensuring the highest level of safety, professionalism, and accountability.
In addition to state-required training, all PPSVs complete a 24-hour in-house program led by our Director, Carol Gigi Lumahan. This training focuses on implicit bias awareness, meticulous report writing, and maintaining neutrality in all professional interactions.
Carol has worked in the supervised visitation field since 2019 and founded Happy Days Visitation to meet a growing need for unbiased, detail-oriented providers who value both safety and fairness. Her leadership ensures that each provider upholds the same commitment to integrity and excellence.
The Happy Days team is also experienced in courtroom testimony, offering clear, fact-based accounts of what was seen, heard, and spoken during visits. We never include personal opinions—only direct observations—unless specifically requested by the court.
With Happy Days Visitation, you can trust that every visit will be conducted with professionalism, neutrality, and compassion—so families can focus on rebuilding safely.
Hello everyone,
I was a client of Carol’s for a little over a year. I also had three of her monitors—Emily, Dana, and Maddie—work with me throughout my pretty intense case. They’re all great monitors and really put the kids’ interests first when dealing with the parents.
Carol was awesome at pushing through and navigating all the legal stuff and dealing with pressure from the other side’s lawyer. She made sure everything stayed as neutral as possible and, more importantly, kept the kids happy.
Honestly, I don’t know what else to say except that even I had a great time (monitors can be REALLY awkward—I’ve dealt with 9 different ones in one and a quarter year), but I never had an issue with Happy Days Visitations.
I recommend using them if you have to go through this kind of ordeal. Trust me, it’s not fun… but they’ll help everyone get through it.

When I began supervised visitation, I was in one of the hardest chapters of my life. I felt lost, uncertain, and honestly a little hopeless. Then I met Carol and her team. From the very beginning, they treated me like a person, not a case. They brought empathy, structure, and genuine care to every single visit.
What stood out most was how safe and supported both my child and I felt. Carol created an environment where healing could happen — where moments that could’ve been tense or awkward instead became opportunities for connection. Over time, something that once felt impossible became manageable, even meaningful.
I’ll always be grateful for the way they helped me show up for my child, and for myself. Carol and her team go far beyond what’s required — they truly care, and it shows in every detail. I would recommend them without hesitation, tenfold over anyone else.

I had the privilege of working with Carol through Happy Days Visitation during supervised visitations for my two young daughters, ages 6 and 8, with their father.
Throughout this entire period, Carol demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and integrity in her role as Director and visitation supervisor.
Carol consistently ensured that visits were conducted in a safe, structured, and child-centered environment. She maintained calm and clear communication, creating a space where my children could feel comfortable and supported. Her presence during visits was steady and reassuring, which made a meaningful difference for our family.
One of the moments that stood out most to me was her willingness to meet with me on Easter weekend—a gesture that reflected her genuine dedication and commitment to the families she works with.
Additionally, Carol prepared thorough, accurate, and well-written reports for the court. Her documentation was detailed, objective, and always delivered in a timely manner. These reports reflected both her keen attention to detail and her deep understanding of the sensitivity of supervised visitation cases.
I highly recommend Happy Days Visitation, Carol, and her entire team to any family or agency seeking a professional who combines empathy, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to children’s well-being. Her work has had a lasting positive impact on my family’s journey, and I am deeply grateful for her support and expertise.
